1. Use of the Service
Resource Manager by Atec Systems is provided for business and operational use in tracking AEDs, inspections, consumable expirations, reminders, and related readiness and compliance workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for ensuring that only authorized personnel access the platform. Account owners and administrators are responsible for user provisioning, role assignment, and prompt removal of access when no longer needed.
3. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of AED, inspection, location, reminder, and user data entered into the service. Resource Manager by Atec Systems may process that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
4. Notifications and Messaging
The platform may provide email, SMS, and in-app notification tools. You are responsible for confirming recipient contact information and ensuring your use of reminder and messaging tools complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and consent requirements. Message delivery timing is not guaranteed.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or modify features from time to time, including notification channels, reporting tools, integrations, and administrative controls. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Compliance Responsibility
Resource Manager by Atec Systems is a workflow and recordkeeping tool and does not replace your organization's legal, medical, operational, or regulatory obligations. You remain responsible for ensuring inspections, maintenance, consumable replacement, staff readiness, and site compliance are completed as required.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized content, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or send unwanted bulk communications.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, address security risks, or respond to unlawful use. Customers may stop using the service at any time subject to any applicable commercial agreement.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as expressly agreed in writing, no warranties are made regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
